Relate NI is a registered charity and the leading organisation providing confidential relationship counselling support to individuals, couples, young people, children and families throughout Northern Ireland.

We are currently recruiting for a Referral Administrator and Scheduler based at our Belfast office.

Overall Job Purpose

Working under the direction of the Head of Business Operations, the role of Referral Administrator and Scheduler is a service user-focused position, which is tasked with assigning relevant professionals to individual requirements.  You will provide exemplary customer service within a timely manner and provide an invaluable service to clients calling the business. You will identify areas for improvement and play an integral part within the team.

Do you have:

  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent to include English and Maths
  • 2 years experience in reception or administration
  • 2 years experience in working with a computerised appointment system or CRM system
  • Experience of producing and analysing information
