As we emerge from the pandemic, many may have found that their self-esteem or self-confidence has taken a hit. While some are itching to get back out socialising or dating, you may find the idea of seeing friends, family and colleagues daunting after such a long time apart.
These may be new issues or they may have been existing prior to the pandemic, either way it is important to pay attention to how you are treating yourself – after all your relationship with ourselves is the most important one we have!
