Professional, Healthcare & Other Referral Agents

Relate NI operates referral agreements with its referral partners which ensures a swift process is in place between organisations to support the client journey.

  Our work with the Health and Social Care Board is Province wide and referrals are made through GP surgeries, Mental Health Practitioners, Social Workers, Family Court Social Workers, and other Health Professionals.
