#ToHelpMyAnxiety
It’s Mental Health Awareness Week and this year’s theme is ‘Anxiety’.
Anxiety is one of the most common mental health problems in Northern Ireland. including among Teens, and lots of things can lead to people feeling anxious; whether that may be exam stress. relationships issues, financial pressures, starting (or losing) a job, or when our parents lose their jobs, or big life events and transitions like a new baby in the house.
While it is normal to experience anxiety around some of these things, there are a number of things you can do to manage your anxiety and prevent it from overwhelming you, your relationships and your well-being.
Check out these resources below which can support Teenagers to manage their Anxiety.
